"I would highly recommend not using fletcher collision. Not only is the work that they do as poor as it gets, their customer service is even worse. They will not accept responsibility for any of the faulty parts they provided or the extremely poor installation. After just 2 weeks of installation, I had to have someone else fix their work. And now just two years, I’m having to have more of their work replaced. Garbage work done by garbage people."

"I brought my car here after being involved in a hit and run accident and had an absolutely terrible experience. Staff was incredibly rude and communication was poor to non-existent. At the time when I brought my vehicle in, they did not have a voicemail set up on the main phone number that is listed on their website. As a result, neither myself nor my insurance company was able to call them to check on the status of the repairs, and we could not leave a voicemail for a call back. There ended up being significant delays with the repairs as well, and the shop neglected to communicate these delays to my insurance company. As a result, I had to pay an extra $160 for a rental car that my insurance company would not cover because the shop did not provide them with an accurate timeframe for the repairs or any notification of delays. Avoid this shop at all costs."
