"I started having issues with my alternator over the holiday weekend. Green’s was recommended to me by another service provider, and their reviews online were very positive so I decided to take my Jeep in first thing this morning. Because The problems started over the weekend, I hadn’t been able to make an appointment in advance. I don’t have access to another vehicle to drive when mine is being repaired. Mr. Green told me that the schedule was full for the week and that they would do their best to work mine in between appointments but it could be a few days. To my surprise, Mr. Green called around an hour later to tell me what he had found when he looked at my Jeep, and that he would have it repaired sometime this afternoon! By lunchtime I was able to pick up my Jeep! I really appreciate the effort that he made to work my repair into the shop’s busy schedule and get me on the road again!The price for the repair was very reasonable too! I will not hesitate to use Green’s for future repairs, and I will definitely recommend them to others!"
