"Awesome experience. Heather (I think that’s her name) the manager on duty was amazing. Very short staffed but she made the best of it trying to keep everything rolling for a busy store. Only downfall would be the price. Was charged labor while my truck was in the shop, however it was a hour before they had time to tell me what needed to be ordered. $670 is a little steep for just front brakes and rotors"
"Save your money and time, go elsewhere. They lost our tires bolts and replaced them with mismatched parts. They almost ran over drills and equipment with our car because they lay things on the tracks and move cars without safety measures. The people working there complain loudly in the lobby about every client who goes and comes. I tried talking to customer service and was given the run around. Had to take my car to the dealership to re do it all."
"ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE-STAY AWAY. I should give them less than zero. I was there on 10/23/23 for a wheel alignment. Directly after I had brand new tires put on my Jeep, earlier that day. Even though I was 2.5 hours early for my appointment, they couldn't get it done any sooner. Staffing issues, it seems? Well, afterwards the mechanic (or whatever he was) tells me I have a shimmy in the front end. I told him it wasn't there earlier today? He said, we didn't do anything but align the front end to specs. He believed it was rack and pinion? Before I got out of the parking lot, I had alarms on my message center, no 4 wheel drive. I came right back and he said to just drive it a few miles and everything should be fine. Upon heading home, the vehicle had a sling-shot effect in the steering. All those messages never cleared up. Several times I almost created a accident. The vehicle was unsafe to drive! Since they were already closed. The next day, I went to another mechanic, who straightened out my front end alignment. He showed me a printout of the specs before and after. I was extremely upset! The next day, I went back to Mr. Tire, screaming about how they screwed up my Jeep. I saw Vera your manager (who wasn't there, when the work was done.) I gave her a profanity-laced tirade and demanded her mechanic be fired immediately. I told her, "your mechanic compromised my safety and sent me out in a vehicle, unsafe to drive"! I demand you credit my charge card the $105 alignment charge at once. She explained that she couldn't do that. All refunds must go thru corporate and take about 4 weeks. This is unacceptable! She processed the return, I left the facility. It was 3 weeks after I saw the charge credited on my statement. All in all, your place is horrible. Never was I offered and apology nor was there any concern for my safety. I will never return and encourage anyone to stay clear of your place."
"Terrible service, definitely wait a couple months for some new people to get hired. Been waiting for hours even with an appointment, along with many other customers waiting are very agitated. All I needed was a tire changed, I saw about 4 guys in the garage all standing around doing nothing. Wish I could give 0 stars because it legitimately seems like the tire technicians don't know how to replace a tire. Please just go somewhere else, terrible experience."
"Great service and customer service by Vera Connor. She has been amazing the past 2 times oil change service. I'm disabled. She even helps me to the car and puts my walker in the back seat. Nice conversation. Very polite and helpful employee."
