Accelerated Collision Repair

"We first brought our car in for a new windshield and other miscellaneous little things to be fixed on the car and everything was fixed perfectly and they worked with our insurance company so the windshield repair was cost free to us. About a month later our check engine light went on, we took it right to them and Adam found the problem right away with the coolant detector so they ordered the part and put it in. They charged us a very fair price, a week later the engine light came back on and we took the car back. The part they put it was under warranty so they were able to order another one. After a week or so the new part came in (not having this part working did not effect our driving the car just the check engine light and coolant detector both did not work). They put in the new part and split the programming with me so I wouldn't have to pay the full price for the programmer again. We lost our mechanic after many years and were on the lookout for a good fair mechanic and boy did we go to the right place. These guys and gals are always willing to go the extra mile to make sure their customers are happy. Will continue to go to Accelerated for all my car needs. I would recommend them for any mechanical or body repair."

"Took my car here for a diagnosis, when my car was returned to me it was missing its right front headlight, and all the bolts that hold the plastic into place. No one could give me an answer to why, and I was told I would be contact about getting a replacement light for free from them, on the following Monday since it seemed they threw my light away. But no one has contacted me and probably if I don’t say anything would contact me. As someone who has had her mechanic father work on her car as long as she’s ever had one up until recently because he’s had surgery and unable to work on cars due to his health, I am so disappointed that this is how It is returned to me, and how the business responds to a mistake. My father owned his own mechanic business for 8 years up until his health put him in retirement, and I would have never saw him return someone’s property how my car was returned to me. So no I don’t recommend this place to anyone, and I hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else. Edit: I will respond differently when I have time, this is just what my first thought is right now. You guys had time to respond to this review but you didn’t have time to contact me about my headlight? Why would I be told I would be getting another headlight if I’m not actually going to be contacted about it. Or at least have someone contact me and clear up to me directly what happen to my car. Instead of talking over a review. This response is made to look like I’m just being problematic, but after talking with other people about what happen with my car I am not the only one who’s had a similar experience from you guys. This isn’t twitter if you guys actually want to clear something up please give me a call."
