"Overall, very satisfied with the service here. They changed the oil quickly, and do a pretty decent job. Reason why I didn't give five stars, was because the layout makes getting longer trucks in and out extremely difficult. And the last time I went in they didn't top off any fluids except for the oil. My windshield wiper fluid was empty when I came in, it was empty when I left. With $120 synthetic oil change, I expected that to be topped off. I'm not sure if that's actually even included anymore, since all the signs and pricing are now missing from the lobby. And I wasn't even sure what my price was until I got charged, again because all the signs are missing from the lobby with the prices. Maybe they're just putting new ones up. Next time I go back, I'll probably update and change the star rating"

The customer behind me didn't mention an oil change just an inspection, so they moved her in front after starting on my car, trying to get the fastest service for everyone. They speedily got it done, was there maybe 12 min with that mishap. Hard working crew I highly recommend"

"I had took my Jeep to a snappy lube in canton and they said they couldn’t get my stripped bolt that they had stripped off for my Jeep to get a oil change after a few weeks on waiting on a manager to get in touch with me, which no manager has gotten in touch with me, I decided to take it to another snappy lube to get a 2nd opinion and there and behold the 2 gentlemen there Chris and Brandon (the Strickland brothers) had helped me by listening to what the problem was and 2nd told me that he could fix it in which he did!! Also I was surprised on how affordable it was there for an oil change!! Thank you guys!"
