"Came as a result of a Lowe's Service plan call. Came in and looked at the washer, made a comment about how difficult it would be to do the work and then decided to write it off as inoperable. He then claimed to the warranty company that he replaced the parts first before finding it inoperable. He never touched any part at all. Now I am having to start all over again with a new company who sounds much more reliable. Also, there is no guarantee that the voucher amount would be enough to cover a new washer with the way inflation has caused prices to rise. Seemed like he just wanted to go home instead of putting in the work. Would not recommend this company."
"Terrible!!! Service person Charlie was in such a hurry that he didn’t seem to be focused on why he was actually there which was to service our new dryer. His explanation of why the dryer wasn’t heating properly made no sense at all as he hurriedly left. I’d never recommend using Precision Services."
"We were scheduled for repair through Lowe's Protection Plan for our Whirlpool dishwasher. The appointment was set for September 4th, between noon and 5:00 pm. Thought this was odd, as it was Labor Day, but, knowing that all businesses don't observe this holiday, we made sure we were home all afternoon and that the dishwasher was empty and ready to be serviced. No one showed up. I contacted Lowe's customer service, who gave me the number to Precision Service's office and asked me to call them directly. The call was answered by an answering machine, and told me to leave my name and number - following the beep, I was advised that the voicemail box was full and not accepting messages, then the call was disconnected. I once again contacted Lowe's, who advised me Tom wait until 7:00 pm. No one showed up, no one called. I contacted Lowe's once again the next morning and rescheduled the repair with a different company. Twenty minutes later, my phone rang. When I answered, a man said, "Heyyyyyyyy... Danny G! How ya doin'??" This took me by surprise, as I am, definitively, female, and had NO CLUE who the hell was calling me. While my husband's name IS indeed Dan, NO ONE has called him "Danny" in close to fifty years. I asked the called who they were and what they needed, and the man told me, "I'm your appliance guy! Calling about your dishwasher..." "You mean the repairman that was supposed to be here YESTERDAY?" "Yeah... well... that was a holiday..." Glad SOMEONE got to celebrate the holiday instead of staying home waiting for a repair guy that was never going to show up or call. My kids surely appreciated THAT."
"They did not have a clue what to do.... Never recommend this place, unprofessional, incompetent and clueless. Completed joke on me the customer. WAS NOT THE RESULT OF THE PRODUCT!! RESULT OF PRECISION SERVICES. HOW MUCH DID LOWES PAY YOU TO DRIVE ALL THAT WAY? EASY MONEY LIKE THE SUPPOSED REPAIRMAN SAID. HE WAS HAPPY AND UNMOTIVATED!! Very bad experience, refrigerator is covered by a 5 year warranty, water dispenser broke and died not dispense water. Employee from precision service shows up, within minutes diagnoses the problem to be a frozen water line. He turns the freezer setting down from 8 to 4 says that will eventually thaw the frozen water line. Almost a week later, still no water bring dispensed. He also said it's a defect in the appliance as the water line that runs to the water dispenser is not insulated properly so you can take a hot air hair dryer and hold it to the inside of the door for 20-30 minutes. I tried that, it didn't work. Help, I'm calling Lowe's back Monday to see what can be done with the defective refrigerator."
