"Update: I have a warranty issue that has really been a pain in the a**! The lever on my recliner broke and I have been waiting 2 almost 3 months for someone to get here and of course on the day they are to arrive, 30 minutes before time is up I get a message about a personal emergency. Now I hope all is well but 1 technician and now I'm sure I will be waiting another 3 months. What is the point of a warranty then? The recliner has always been shaky and loose but......when I called about that, never got back in touch with me. Very disappointed. I have not been in the store but Dustin the manager reached out to me today about my purchase. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. Cannot wait to get my furniture into my house. Thank you Badcock and Dustin!"
