"Worst visit of my LIFE!! Most rude and entitled staff i’ve ever encountered. I said i was allergic to tomatoes and found my mexican pizza full of them. Went to get it fixed and received it with tomatoes again. ALSO pretty sure they used the tostados for my pizza second time. SO LAZY!! This ain’t the first time this has happened !! And who put that penguin in charge?? Also the brown headed manager that fixed my food was super rude and rolled her eyes. This store was doing so well when the last guy ran it about a year ago."

"Franklin taco bell is pretty decent. Always quick to fix your order if it happens to be wrong. They are usually friendly and quick. Baja blast is always good and crisp! My only complaint has ever been if I ask for something double grilled they don't but oh well I can finish it in air fryer at home."

"What has happened. Wait times on orders are 30+ minutes. Customer service is lacking so bad. Shut the store down and retrain or retire new employees. The special Olympics you have going on here currently is a damn shame."

"We ordered on the app a few minutes before arriving to the location, so when we went inside, we had to wait a while. One of the workers asked us if we had ordered, and I let them know we ordered on the app. Soon after, they brought our order out to us and the food was nice and warm. We ate it inside the restaurant, which was very clean. I got the cheesy roll up and the cheesy fiesta potatoes, which were expected quality. The prices were reasonable and the quality of the food was fair, and the service was impeccable, so I had a great experience!"
