Burger King

"The gentleman making the burgers had gloves on and then coughed straight into his glove hand and then proceeded to make burgers for the drive thru. He then reached into the fry bin and took a few fries to eat, touching his mouth with the gloves. He then proceeded to go and make more fries. Thankfully he didn't make our burgers. We paid with cash and waited almost 10 minutes for the cashier to go to the back to get more ones to give my wife her change. I will NOT and would NOT recommend eating at this Burger King."

"Went through the drive through around 9:45 this evening. The lady sounded a little tired and that’s ok, but as I was ordering, she made very audible sounds of annoyance when I told her what we didn’t want on the burgers. She asked for me to repeat it three times, which I would have been ok with if she hadn’t been making those sounds after every time I repeated it for her. The food was ok. The same as usual."

"There are no healthy choices for food here. No salads, no grilled chicken. My husband's whopper was awful, and his onion rings were cold. Interaction with the person over the speaker and at the window was led than friendly. We won't be back, which is a shame, because they are the closest fast food restaurant to our house."

"I used to work here. The environment in this place is horrible, to say the least. I wouldn’t work here again if it was the last place in Franklin that would hire me. I felt like I was less than human as soon as I clocked in for my shift. It literally felt like being in purgatory, and the manager there treated me so poorly that she was the reason why I quit. I recently found out that she hasn’t changed and is still just a really foul human being to her fellow coworkers who are, mind you, getting paid way less than her. I honestly hope that this place gets gutted out staff-wise (They should just keep the assistant manager and general manager. She’s awesome) or gets shut down."

"Updated June 2023: Tried to give them another chance. Stopped by to try the new fire nuggets. Left drive thru and pulled out French fry bag holding the fire nuggets expecting a dry product. The ff bag developed a wet spot and liquid hot sauce poured out all over my truck console, shirt and pants. This place remains a disaster so I suggest you avoid at all costs. They should have warned customers or put product in a liquid proof package. Previous review: First time in 45years I've received cold food from any drive through, onion rings were barely room temp immediately after receiving from window. Employees were arguing and using foul language, zero customer recognition, burger was good however."
