"I ordered online to come pick up a sandwich, ordered a footlong and received a six inch.. which wouldn’t have been a big deal but I ordered a turkey and American cheese sub with a few other toppings and mayonnaise. Asked for it toasted, it wasn’t toasted. When I picked up the sandwich the bread felt like someone poured a whole water bottle on it. It was that mushy. How does it get that bad. I just got mayonnaise on it, no other sauces or anything. I don’t write reviews when I don’t like something but this is an exception because I literally couldn’t even eat the sandwich that I paid for. Like please do better"

"Well I didn't actually make it by there that day Memorial day. But I called to ask if they were open and someone promptly answered the phone and politely said that they were open which in and of itself is something to be commendable. I have been there before and thought that the Subs were good. Now there are a couple of new Sub Shops opening up in Franklin pretty soon. There is going to be some serious competition in the near future..."

"Boy doing the bread and meat had no hair restraint on, the girl adding toppings came straight from the register to start adding toppings and did not change her gloves until I asked her to. Asked for salt and pepper packets said she didn't have any up front."

"I went today and the staff are so ride and definitely not people friendly. We did not get a hello or anything when we walked in. While making our sandwiches they rolled their eyes, acted like we were bothering them. I told my sister they were rude and the blonde young girl (I think was a manager) and blonde guy with long hair laughed. They had a baby in the back. I'm guessing one of the workers kids. Very unprofessional and. Unsanitary especially because they had her around the prep work and food. DO NOT GO THERE! VERY UNACCEPTABLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!"
