Einstein Bros. Bagels

"On the upside,the people working there are nice. On the down side, they are slow. A few years ago, it was a decent operation, but they have new management and workers. In fact, they are the slowest fast food workers I have ever encountered anywhere. No matter the time of day or how many people are there, be it two or twelve, expect to wait at least 15 minutes. One morning, I waited 20 minutes for a bagel with cream cheese and there was only two other people in the place. This means that no matter what you order, it's gonna be cold. Oh, and it will look nothing like the picture. Today I ordered an egg, cheese, bacon bagel and nothing about it was still hot. The cheese wasn't even melted. It was just room temperature and oily like cheese gets when it's been left out. What I'm saying is that someone needs to come in and manage this place to be what it used to be, which was functional and faster than it is now. Folks on campus are limited to what is available to them, so make what is available worthwhile."

"Decent bagels Long wait times around 8 am Drinks made fast food slow and that causes the temps of drinks to be not so desirable when u finally get food. They are often out of things as well. U have to order on kiosk and u can't adjust cetain things the way u like which is weird. Prices not consistent either."

"I love Einsteins but my coffee order never comes out correctly. Cream or extra flavoring is added to my coffee when on my ticket it say expresso shot, no cream and 1 pump of vanilla. The wait time is not fast. I waited 15 longer for my coffee order today and it was still wrong. Overall food is good but coffee is never made correctly and wait time is long"

"We come pretty early to campus and usually around 7:30 am it’s pretty dead because no one’s awake and on campus. I got an Asiago bagel with schmear. It took a few minutes for my bagel to be ready, but that’s to be expected. The people working were nice and the inside seating area is comfortable and large."

"I love both the smoothies. Bagels are always fresh, staff is great. Of course just in the picture is a cookie and a Mango orange key lime pie smoothie."
