"Vacationers beware! The food is great. However, the workers DO NOT wash their hands after they used the bathroom. My wife asked the manager about it, and the manager made her go wash her hands. She told my wife that she doesn't handle the food, however, not five minutes later, she was handling the lids for drinks. Thank goodness she washed her hands. She also got a coworker to agree with her about not washing hands. Go back and watch the security cameras. We were vacationing their for the first time. Attached is my receipt to give you the time to investigate the people that need further training on proper hygiene when working with food or food related containers."

"Ordered online two Big Macs with no lettuce and guess what I got lettuce on both of by burgers and the receipt even says no lettuce on it and the labels they put on the boxes for the Big Macs say no lettuce but still lettuce not happy at all do better"

"Food was well made, no complaints in that department. Service? Awful. The lady taking orders ignored me from the get go. I understand we all have bad days, but lady, no need to take this vibe and spread it down to everyone. Know that your customers have situations too, and some would pull fake a smile at a drive through just to limit the bad vibes they would emit. I work in the service field and i know full well how hard it is to tough it up sometimes, but when all fails i just get some me time regardless of the circumstances. If you can't? Step away from the window or take the day off. Simple. Have a break, have some peace of mind and maybe some fun. Spend it with your loved ones. Replenish your soul juice. You look like a really nice person who's just having a bad day. Just please, find a more suitable method to convey that through, should you feel the need to."

"Large diet Dr Pepper, and a regular large Dr Pepper, two apple pies and a vanilla ice cream cone everything was pretty good. Getting ready to call it a night exterminator came in while we was here and sprayed around. The perimeter is in the inside."
