"The best thing about this place is the staff. I have been going to this store for a while now and Mrs Shirlee is the best!! She’s so nice and is always in a great mood. I have gained somewhat a relationship with some of the staff and they make my ordering experience fun and top notch. Thank you guys at this location for making our mornings better."

"As this is on the way to my parents business I go here on leave. Staff is nice coffee is always on par. I have never been to a Starbucks that said “Must be wearing a uniform to receive a military discount.” I know this isn’t a franchise thing because the franchise normally offers them. Adding to it I went this morning and I guess the old policy warranted enough issues. They just don’t do military or LEO discounts at all anymore. Nice to know the franchise owners don’t care about military or first responders."

"I'm a regular and had good experiences, but my complaint and aggravation is consistency. Lately I have ordered cold brew with cold foam. I love how the coffee is still coffee but travels through the foam to give it a little bit of sweetness, but not too much. A few times one of the ladies noticed my drink and remade it without me saying a word. Lately, however, I have ordered and specifically asked to have "thicker foam" because I do not like the drink when it's mixed... hence ordering cold brew with foam instead of latte, cappuccino, etc. I have continued to pay and take the drink, but today I expressed how I had asked for thicker foam and do not like it when it is mixed before I took the beverage. The lady handed me the drink and said have a nice day. I literally left and poored the drink out after trying my hardest to just drink it since I wasted the money. I will no longer be doing this, and will make sure to ask for a remake or do without. I do however believe it is ridiculous that I should have to do such. I know some have been drank, which I do quickly, but the picture gives you an idea of what I am explaining. The left being what I am ordering, the right being what I am receiving from this location."
