"Bojangles is so inconsistent. One day really good chicken and the next day it's like does anyone even care what they serve. The Alcoa Manager if its a guy I've seen, is very good and seems to run his store well. He doesn't control prices and when he's present on my visits things are good. Stores clean, rest room clean The parking lot in very good condition. I visit mainly for breakfast."
"Service was great food not so much!!! Look at tenders I received tiny and just not editable. Awful would not recommend. Rice was decent but not great."
"Was coming home late from work stopped to grab something for the family and had possibly the best chicken biscuit ever. This was Thursday night around 10 pm everything was great even had fries that was delicious"
"My husband and myself went through the drive thru, ordered 2-2 piece white meat( breast and wing. Came with 2 sides $20.00. Get to the window, was told they only had 1 chicken breast to fill both orders. We ended up with 2 thighs in one meal and a half tough, dried out breast and wing in the other. The worst food ever. I will NEVER EVER waste my money at this disgusting place. I had asked for several packs of grape jelly, the guy told me he couldn’t understand what I was asking for. Repeated it, he said oh. Guess what, not one package of jelly. The health department definitely needs to stop there and grade them. Big fat F. Couldn’t eat the food we brought home."
"Ok so, the chicken was great. But the guy working the counter was definitely not someone that should be the face of the company. He kept wiping his nose with his bare hand, overwhelmed easily when there was a few customers in the store. And his red contacts he had in were just ridiculous looking. The whole restaurant was dirty also. But... the 2 guys in the back making chicken... great job!"
