Domino's Pizza 706 South Main Street, Sweetwater, TN 37874

"I don't like complaining because we love pizza from Domino's,we order from there at least once twice a week but the last few times our food has been lacking and just not what you expect. For example last week they didn't put the garlic sauce on cheese bread and barely had any cheese on bread or pizza! Of course we just let it go, no big deal but it seems like it's happening more and more and with the way prices of things are it's getting harder to look the other way when you don't get what you order, like last night they got our order all wrong, we did order kinda late but within open hours. Im really hoping they'll make it right and that they'll get back on track with making their food up to what's to be expected!"

"Not one of the staff wears gloves while handling food. As it took a full hour to get a pizza, had time to watch as they handled their cell phones, money, credit cards, touched the filthy order screens, wiped their noses, pushed back their hair and wiped their hands on their pants then went right on handling all of the ingredients and food with the petri dish that was their hands. Long hair left loose around the food, etc. Disgusting. For their own amusement, they tossed the cooked food to see if it would land in the box. It didn't always but they picked it back up and boxed it, laughing. Then, after waiting an hour for a medium pizza, should have checked it before going home. It was 40% plain crust bubbles, completely dry with so little sauce we weren't sure there was any and even less cheese. Seriously - had to put on magnifiers to find the few scraps of cheese. Couldn't even categorize it as a pizza! Truly awful. So sad as they have the opportunity to have loyal customers around here if they would just treat them right. Too many other options for our hard earned money. Do NOT recommend."

"I got there to pick up my order and the app said it was ready and got there and it hadn’t even went thru the oven yet so when I asked for extra ham on my sub they said they couldn’t do it. I do not understand that when my sub wasn’t even in the oven yet and when we went back to pick it back up 7-10 mins later like they suggested they they said they had to remake it because it got burnt on top, but I will give them credit that after I complained about having to wait twice she offered me a free drink. There was literally no ham on my sub"

"I wanted a thick pizza with lots of cheese. Found the handmade pan pizza and thought why not. So glad I did. This thing is awesome! Plenty of cheese and flavor!"
