"every time i go to this dunkin my coffee orders are always wrong and gross. they don’t know how to make orders correct. i would give 0 stars if i could. what’s so hard about making a coffee the exact way someone orders it? you're supposed to make it how the customer wants it."

"Well, I went during the evening, and the service sucked an we even ordered online before we got there, and my wife stood in there for 10 mins, and nobody ever said anything to her. so we went through the drive threw just to get our order and the girl there was so rude, so I recommend that if you go don't go at nite my wife said the morning crew are a lot nicer an she go's there about every morning"

"I went here last week. I’ve stopped at this location many times. It’s always been hit and miss. And I get rotation of employment but lord have mercy! First off. I had to take everything I got back Bc my drink was incorrect and the food was cold and greasy. Well. Inside there was a huge line of ppl who had also apparently all had problems w their orders. I have never been given bacon that wasn’t hot or warm from a Dunkin. The guy told me they keep it at room temperature sitting out all day but that he could heat it up for me?????? The second batch of bacon was just as oily and the first but slightly warmer. This was a flop. Hopefully things get better"
