"First time in this store today. Saw a few nice things and bought a fully priced item at the end of the visit. One odd thing I noticed after I’d paid was that the associate cut the tag off completely from my purchased merchandise before putting it in a bag. She should have checked with me first in case I bought it as a gift. Had to share this since I’ve never seen anybody do it in any other store before."

"Recently, family and I spent time in Asheville. Ad-Lib became my favorite store. Anne and Katherine are just lovely people keeping the customer's shopping experience healthy and happy. Their attention to detail in terms of making sure clothing is fresh for the try-on and to the customer in general is just wonderful. They are there to help when needed and back away when they know you are "contemplating a purchase". (So unusual these days) Also, being a scooter riding person, they were able to accommodate my travel scooter with no problem or prejudice. Here's to many more trips to Asheville and Ad-Lib."
