"It's been a minute since I've found a restaurant that has perfect everything. I had stopped here after doing some trainspotting, felt hungry, and just needed some good food for a decent price, while also finding local restaurants instead of fast food. Food was fantastic, service was unbelievably quick and the staff were very friendly. Prices were beyond reasonable, with a good sized meal for a great price. I enjoyed a nice steak with some macaroni and fries, and my brother had a grilled cheese. Everything was super good! If I'm ever in the area again, I'll be sure to look for Tennessee Jack's!"
"Got the hamburger steak and a build your own sampler with fried pickles cheese bites and jalapeño poppers with wings it was all amazing"
"First off I’d like to respond to KH because in all honesty and for the sake of the customers and staff I hope you don’t go back.. secondly I took one bite out of my mushroom and new Id be back for more and last but not least you took a picture of that cake from the top so of course it looks small, but that side view would have shown a piece of cake half the size of my neck. If you can’t find gratitude in even the smallest things, you will never be happy with anything. Anyway onto my review. My friend brought me here for my birthday and you can 100% tell that the food is not frozen and served reheated. Yes the prices might be a little higher then some may want to spend but there’s lots of us that know you get what you pay for and the bill is worth the quality and fresh food we just ate. I scarfed my food down so fast and yet we were still checked on at least 4/5 times by two different people. We will be back! The only thing I didn’t like was we didn’t know we had to give a name when we walked in so we just hung out for a few minutes until another customer asked if we signed in however there was a massive group in front of us so I highly doubt we were even noticed by the staff."
"We are so “Beyond Excited” to find this place!!! We will be here all of the time now. Tim was our server and helped guide us through the menu (what an incredibly nice man he was) and provided grace A service in every way. Every recommendation he gave was spot on. We had half a dozen raw oysters and half a dozen steamed (sorry no pictures we got excited and ate them before remembering to take a picture). They were really good. I had the wings and as you can see these were the biggest meaty wings I have had in my life. They were so juicy and the flavor was to die for. The Dry Rub Cajun wings (Tim’s favorite) were the best wings ever to enter my mouth. I am a die hard buffalo wing girl, but there is a new wing in town and I love them. My husband had the 10 oz Ribeye and it came with a house salad, Mac & Cheese and Texas Toast. He said that the 10 oz was just the right size, cooked medium rare perfectly with a lot of Smokey flavors. With every bite there was a burst of flavorful juice that came out. It had very little fat and lots of very tasty meat. The salad was one of the freshest he has had (the lettuce was crisp as well as the cucumber), the Mac & Cheese had a thick cheesy sauce, and was really good. We both had to try cake after seeing it as we walked in. Tim gave us the low-down on each kind. I had the Coconut Cake and my husband had the Hummingbird cake. My piece of cake was HUGE, with what tasted to be homemade light and fluffy icing, that wasn’t too sugary. The cake was also homemade I would guess. It had a filling that was maybe pudding or icing and I really enjoyed it. My husband’s Hummingbird cake was a new amazing twist on Carrot Cake. I think it had pie crust in the icing, chunks of raisin and maybe some nuts. It was a huge piece just like mine. For someone who doesn’t usually order deserts (which is my favorite part of a meal) he ate the whole thing, and even went into detail about just how good it was. You have to make this a part of your must stops. We went back the next night for more dry rub Cajun wings and the Banana Split cake (It taste just like a banana split with pineapple and strawberries in the cake. It was so moist and the chocolate syrup and sprinkles on the outside - it was amazing.) We can’t wait to keep going back to try the crab legs, fall of the bone ribs, Philly Sandwiches, burgers, shrimp and so much more!"
