"Stopped off here after a very long drive. Were not even acknowledged. The couple in front left as they got fed up waiting. The main staff member just constantly took phone orders and did not bother with any walk-ins at all. Really bad customer service. For a visiting British tourist really bad show guys."

"We waited and waited and we were not even acknowledged, the couple in front left, so we waited a little longer and were still not serve or acknowledged, so we walked out and went elsewhere. They were busy but still, a simple “hi” or something would have been good. Very poor customer service."

"I got pulled to the side to wait for fresh food, not a problem. 9 minutes later my food comes out and half of it is cold. I was supposed to be waiting because there was no dark meat done. inaccurate results, and cold food resulted in this two star visit. Corner lot be careful getting in and out. it's a risky area for wrecks"

"The only reason I'm giving five stars on service for this place is because of a dedicated employee barely 16 or 17 years old that was working her butt off to try to make things run as smooth as she could. This poor girl was running the drive-thru, the counter, and also running food back and forth from the restaurant to the parking lot where the cars were piling up. I'm sure she was getting a lot of grief from all of the customers but she handled it really well and still had a smile on her face. I believe her name was Jennifer. I hope the right person notices her and gets her into a management trainee program. I did have to wait over 30 minutes for my food but I did notice what she was doing and how hard she was working and when I got my food it was all correct thanks to her and her great attitude."
