"After I got home I discovered my order was wrong. Drove back to store so I could get the right order. Worst biscuit I have had in a long time. The chicken was hard and the biscuit was so thin it just fell apart. Made a big mess. Ended up throwing it away. Very disappointed. I will add that 2 other people came into the store while I was there complaining their orders were wrong."

"I never have an issue at this Bojangles. I eat here pretty frequently at least once a week. The chicken is always hot and fresh. I love the fact that this is the only location I’ve ate at that serves brown gravy on their mashed potatoes."

"Made my order in the drive thru at 5:04 sat at the window until 5:18 before getting my food. Pulled around to eat it and then realized they forgot my straws and sauces. Lobby is closed and the door is locked. Have to go through the drive thru once more just for these items. It’s now 5:3 2and I am still in the line waiting. Very frustrating. Fast food isn’t supposed to take as long a a sit down dine in restaurant. Also frustrating that you have to go through the drive through for forgotten items. should be able to run inside."

"Charging $10 for a four-piece Supreme dinner combo with a sanitation score of 95.5? You should be giving discounts just to get people to eat here. Absolutely ridiculous. I will never spend my hard-earned money at this place again. Y'all should be ashamed of yourself"
