"I contacted the service department to get valves adjusted on my 2021 Honda CRF 450rl and they said they “couldn’t” do the work because I didn’t purchase the bike from them after purchasing it from a local individual. I would have thought they would have been happy to help customers who have made multiple purchases from them (utv and motorcycle). What good is a Honda dealer that will not work on Honda's? I contacted Great Western Motorcycle in Statesville and they were happy to provide me a quote and eager to do the work. Prior to this, after coming in to check out some motorcycles (after my first purchases), the sales staff was rude and not eager to help. I have purchased UTV’s and motorcycles from them in the past with no issues, but after these last 2 experiences, I’m taking my business to Statesville. This business has went downhill fast. I‘ve never heard of a Honda dealer that refuses to work on Hondas!"
