"Goodwill store is fine it's the people who work there. My grandmother passed away and she had a lot of stuff usable items I sorted through and brought goodwill the useable items and not even 5 trips in this old lady grey hair asked me how many items I got left and that most of items given was trash and recommended me to go somewhere else! Thanks for the help!!!"
"Don't get me wrong I like our goodwill store and most of the employees are nice but I was in there yesterday and yes it was busy but one of the ladies at the register must have been new she was tall slim blonde middle aged like me there was a little Hispanic boy standing at a pole next to the register with a phone listening to a kids video she proceeds to hollar at the little boy I can't hear anything you need to take that noise somewhere else and then stands up and hollers someone needs to come get their kid the parents was at the register next to her yes he should have been with them but she should not have hollered like that to a child"
"I shopped here last week and had a bad experience with a manger, I think her name was Tina. She was very abrupt and rude to me and would not take time to help me with what I needed. I will not be back."
"I stop here occasionally when I am visiting my parents in the high country. I usually walk away with something. I generally find their prices reasonable but they have gone up some. Well stocked and organized. It's a busier store. My only complaint is it seems to always take me forever to check out. The line is always long and I generally have one thing and behind someone with a cart full or two people like yesterday. Not goodwills fault per say."
