"I called before 9:00 am not expecting for anyone to answer but they did. Took my order for 55 roast beefs and curly fries for my whole crew. They had it ready for me to pick up before lunch. Good job Arby's!"

"We usually order on the app. Hey, best deals are on the apps most of the time, right? So, we did. We ordered a couple of roast beefs and some curly fries. This was about 10:30 in the morning so I honestly figured the food would be decently fresh. Right? Absolutely wrong. The fries were so rubbery and cold it honestly tasted like they were cooked the night before. I tried heating them up and it didn’t help at all. The roast beef was decent. The service was even bad. We walked in and the place was empty. We got to the counter and no one even spoke a word to us. One woman even rolled her eyes and walked away. I mean, really? We haven’t even said anything and you’re going to do that? Lesson learned. Use the drive thru and wait till later in the day. Hopefully it’ll get better."

"My husband came and ate at his lunch break,.. and the person that was on shift cooking the Roast Beef,.. it was undercooked where it was reddish -Fleshy pink Color-.. it was a strong iron taste /fleshy raw meat taste !… and the person that stacked the meat on the bun,.. she should’ve check closely to what she was doing and let the cook know that the roast beef wasn’t done cooking !… - I feel sorry for whoever ordered that night and got a roast beef sandwich from the same batch of meat my husband got !!.. My husband got Food Poisoning!.. thank goodness that it wasn’t any serious than that.. it was Saturday afternoon!!.. he still sick to his stomach as of now and it’s Monday evening.. Arby’s is so lucky I don’t call the Health Department especially on the Wilkesboro location.."
