"IC Building Supply is extremely unprofessional. Sold me bad quality products which I didn't know until I received them. Took 9 days to receive after being quoted 2-3 days. Shipped them to the wrong address. I finally get them and every single piece of stair nose is warped and unusable. Have been waiting over a week for refund and them to come out and replace/take a look at the planks even after multiple pictures showing warping. Now he is not answering phone calls nor text messages. I've already paid an installer to put these in and now will be charged more for this whole process being drug out over a week. Now they owe me $1000 for the stair materials and $3000 for installation. Good luck with these guys."
