"Buyer beware! Horrible experience at this store after purchasing over $4000 worth of furniture. I should have learned my lesson after the horrible experience at the King NC store. Bought a specific sectional couch with my fiancé and she wanted a different ottoman that came with another sectional. The throw pillows on the couch we purchased did not match the new ottoman and the sales rep in the store promised to switch them out once we got the furniture delivered. We’ll now he quit and of course the store won’t make it right. We contacted the manager of the store and they refused to give us probably $100 worth of pillows after spending over $4000. Now we have mis matched pillows with a new ottoman and sectional. After this experience they have definitely lost my business, and I’ll be sure to tell friends and family to stay clear of this store and company. I’m hoping corporate sees this review and will make things right."

"I took several trips all over Mount Airy, I have young grandkids so I was more interested in value and not long term or luxurious. Gabe, Destiny and “Taylor from the King store” were awesome. Taylor was helping out in Mount Airy on this day. Thank you all for the help!"

"Buyer beware!!! I've been a customer for YEARS!!! After this last experience I will NO longer be a loyal customer. Ordered a Chaise sofa was told the ottoman came with it. Delivery day gets here and guess what? SURPRISE! you have to order the ottoman separately. Well Badcock y'all just lost my business...bye bye-bye!!!"

"*****update **** Will the manager contacted me and they are letting me exchange it for something she can use. Thank you for doing whats right. I bought my elderly mom a recliner 3 days ago. It's to large for her and they said I had only 24 hours to return it. Will not use them again. I was going to be buying new furniture for my entire house , guess it will be schewels for me next time"

"I went here for the first time a couple days ago to look at upright freezers and refrigerators. Angie greeted me, was very friendly, showed me around, answered my questions, was very informative and never pressured me at all. Today I went back and looked for Angie to help me again. I asked her more questions then made a final decision to purchase both appliances there. I was super happy that both would be delivered next week. That’s unheard of these days when most things are on back order so I was very pleased. If you’re ever looking for furniture or appliances I’d suggest to see Angie at the Mt Airy location. I think you’ll be glad you did."
