"It was very disappointing. I’ve made an appointment with Dr. Chelnitsky for my annual physical checkup. In thirty years of me seeing doctors in Manhattan, I have never had such a shallow and brief annual! The entire visit was over in fifteen minutes. No changing into a gown, no EKG, no head and neck exam, no neurological exam, no dermatological exam, no extremities exam, no testicular exam, no hernia exam, no prostate exam..! Standing impatiently and without taking any notes doctor questioned me on my medical history, checked my blood pressure and blood oxygen (both I can do with my Apple watch), listened to my lungs, and poked my abdomen above my belt. She drew some blood and sent it to the lab. That was it! She didn’t even suggest a urine exam – I insisted on it myself! I had decided to give it a try based on this doctor’s reviews on ZocDoc and Google and because her office is close to my new address, but that was my first and last visit to this doctor. I wasted my insurance’s annual checkup allowance this year and am very unhappy. Dr. Chelnitsky should return to medical school and learn what an annual full physical is and why it’s called FULL."
