"Telehealth appointments and time with the doctor is great. It’s impossible to speak with anyone when you call the office. You get forwarded to voicemails and they don’t call you back. It’s extremely frustrating and unprofessional."

"Went there 3 years ago and got a cpap machine. Now I need to replace it because its broken and they can not find any of my records. Seems the doctor I saw left, they have no idea where he went, and they did not save any of the patient records. Going in as a new patient won't work for me since I'll be on a plane in a month, the earliest time they have an appointment open. All the information they need is at the place I've been using for supplies and equipment but they can't even call them up to ask. I'll pay for an appointment if they call but no, they won't do that. Really disappointed."
