"I was told it was a stand up chair mri. And it is. Just not when I envisioned it. I started to proceed with the test panic set in and I was determined to bail. The MRI technician was kind and empowered me the felling to do what ever I wanted. All while gently persuading me to complete the test. He was the best technician I have ever encountered. By the grace of God put this man here to help me complete the test. Thank you image care technician. I wish I knew your name I would put it here You get all the 5 stars. People are what make companies and service what they are."

"Had a very positive experience at Image Care. Technician Doreen was particularly sensitive and kind, helped me relax due to severe claustrophobia. She gave me updates during the procedure as to how much time was left, and also was positive, telling me “you are doing great!” You are fortunate to have such a caring staff member."

"It was nice to use the stand up MRI. I wish there were 2 nurses available as I wasn’t able to have the contrast do to the nurse not being able to find my vein. I felt it was a little rushed due to many bookings and she was pretty much alone. Over all she did a good job on the actual test . The nurse was very business like and it would have helped if she was a bit friendlier as I was really nervous. I do understand though she had other appointments. I do think having someone else there to help her would give her a chance to take her time . She wasn’t able to do my hand for the stick and hurt me pretty good so hopefully if you go you have great arm veins ."

"My MRI technician was great. I was having anxiety issues and she was very compassionate, considerate and empathetic with my worries. She made me feel comfortable and made sure I was ready to go through this test which I couldn’t complete twice before. This was an open sit down mri this time but I still felt anxious. Nice to know that some people can go above and beyond their job."
