"I brought my 12y/o twin daughters who were called "hard stick" by Manalapan Labcorp staff. We always saw Sejal at Manalapan location and she was amazing. A few weeks ago we came to Manalapan location and noone there could do it because they said my daughters are both "hard stick." What a shame and a waste of our time, except that we found out where Sejal moved and we went to this location to see Sejal, who was amazing as always and got their bloodwork done in 5 minutes. Thank you Sejal! The check in and the wait were also very quick and easy. We will be back!"
"The East Brunswick office is absolutely terrible. I would never recommend it to anyone. They were so rude to me, they forced me to chug my glucose sugar drink. I got there at 930am. They said the test is an hour and no one will wait for me to finish with my test because they close at 1030. I told them I needed to take it that day. They were incredibly disrespectful to me. They finally agreed, and I was out by 1034am, so all of that and they didn't want to wait 4 minutes passed their shift? When I told them I was not good with needles they rudely said we are closed, because they wanted to rush me out ASAP. They did not make me feel comfortable at all. They all were clearly talking about me in a different language. I can not get over how terrible they were there. There was even another customer who came in complaining regarding how they messed up with his 10 year old daughters visit. The people who work here need a re-evaluation on how to treat people. I will tell everyone never to go to the East Brunswick office."
