"This place is garbage. After I did my intake, I was given an appt to start telehealth therapy. Their therapist Danielle calls out of work for my first appointment. I had to call in to reschedule for a therapist who could show up to work and a new appointment was given to me. I waited 18 mins on the telehealth call and no one showed up. The new therapist was a no show even tho the telehealth visit box said she was available. Today I assumed I was supposed to have the same weekly appointment, and when I called today to confirm, I was told that I’m actually not on the appointment list at all. Your STAFF AND THERAPIST ARE FKING TRASH. GARBAGE. THESE PEOPLE CANT COME TO WORK OR DO THEIR JOBS. HIRE BETTER STAFF. ABSOLUTELY GARBAGE. I GUARANTEE SOMEONE WILL SEE THIS FROM NYPCC AND COMMENT EVEN THOUGH THEY CANT GET THEIR THERAPISTS TO DO THEIR JOB, those ducking people love to waste time on social media while leaving clients hanging in the wind for help that will never come. Really, this place is staffed with trash. Their three star google review is proof of this. Go somewhere else for help. This place is incapable."

"These people are unhelpful and incompetent. My sister went to this place for treatment and medications and all years she was there, she had to get a new therapist every few months because they quit and the people who are supposed to make the appointments didn't do their job and because of that, they closed her case and left her without meds and made it sound as if it was her fault for not following up. And they barely treated her conditions. And they have done this to many patients. Avoid this place."

"I attempted suicide after seeing a therapist here and ended up in a mental hospital for a month. She showed me how to use a vape pen in the session and kept talking about her life. I thought I was the therapist since I was listening to her talk about her goals and ambitions lol btw I believe most of the “therapists” are not licensed unless they actually took an exam. A masters or bachelors in psychology definitely does not mean you are a licensed therapist. Keyword here is…. Licensed. Imagine that same person with a BA or masters in psychology working at Target being able to give you a therapy session lol"

"I’ve been a patient for 7 years, and this place is truly special. The therapist really take the time to listen and genuinely want to help you. They accommodated my schedule over the years, which was pretty easy as they are open every day and late enough to accommodate those of us who work during the day. Also, They have bilingual therapist.!!!! Amazing! I recommend this place to everyone I know!"
