"New to town and found silky pups online. So glad we did! Our poodle gets the best cuts. Silky is really great about making her cuts beautiful even when she is super matted. Love that we get Pooka back within 2.5 hours. Not waiting for hours/half day for a call…like most places. Also love that I can make last minute appointments and be scheduled immediately. All around great service !"

"I cannot say enough good things about Silky Paws! Lana and her team take such good care of my dog, Ruby. Ruby is not an easy dog to groom. She is very difficult when cutting nails, and she is dog aggressive. Lana is exceptional and accommodates Ruby's needs and provides a safe environment for her and others. Although Ruby doesn't enjoy getting groomed, she enjoys Lana and her staff very much! I am forever grateful for them and for taking such good care of my girl."

"AMAZING!! I have been looking for a local groomer to establish my pup with and narrowed down on two places in Union. I was looking for a nice independent shop that would care for my dog throughout the whole grooming experience. I have an older dog and get anxious about leaving him with other people, worrying if they’re taking their time with him and not forcing him to do anything just because it’s faster. After emailing Silky Pups about a new appointment, I got an email back just a few days later and was able to book him in towards the end of September. When we came in, the shop was so quaint and the owner was so kind to us. After a few hours, I got a text that he was ready to be picked up and boy was I not prepared for this amount of cuteness! My little boy received the best, and I am not exaggerating, the BEST haircut he has ever gotten. He smelled so lovely and was cut exactly how I wanted! She even gave him a little tie around his neck that made me bawl hours after his appointment because he looked so darling. Overall, it was an amazing experience, very reasonable prices for the whole package, I felt kept in the loop about my dog the whole time, and felt that he was in good hands! Also, the owner is just fabulous and so lovely, cannot stress that enough. We can’t wait to bring him back in! I’ve added some photos of him before and then after that the groomers and I took later that day! :)"
