"I recently started taking my dog, Livvy, here. When I went for her meet and greet several weeks ago, the staff told me to set aside about an hour for this. Unlike other places I have been to, I stayed the entire time, got to see Livvy as she acclimated to the facility, the pups, and the other coaches and the staff patiently answered all of my questions. Livvy now has been attending daycare here twice a week, and has also done the boarding program. Livvy is a very shy, anxious pup when it comes to meeting new people, in particular. She can sometimes be a dog's dog and want to play (heavily at that), but also sometimes just wants her space. The staff understands this and treats her accordingly. I have nothing but great things to say about our experience there thus far. That being said, I look forward to seeing how their enrichment experiences come to life. I have seen some of the coaches interact with the dogs, and Dogtopia offers special programs throughout the moment, but I haven't seen Livvy participate in one yet."
