"Honestly one of the best “budget” hotels I’ve seen in the city. The people at the front are extremely helpful and polite. The rooms may not be the biggest but come on it’s the city what do you expect, but they make up for it by keeping them clean"

"First time travelling to NYC. Uhotel is in a really central and prime location our room was small though clean and great view of Empire State Building. Only things to be wary of is the window in our room was double glazed though still had lots of noise through the night (we wore earplugs and took sleeping supplements), we really had to make sure there was no food in the room otherwise we would get little gnat type bugs on bedside tables and bathroom. Also no fridge, but I think this is standard in NYC. There is a destination fee though this was included in original quote and was not a hidden cost in anyway. Staff were super friendly and helpful, John is an amazing person. If you read this John, please go and see lion king again! Would and will stay again."

"I had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. Staff are very nice and helpful. The hotel is really well located and a short walk from my landmarks. There is a Starbucks on the ground floor which is perfect for breakfast. The hotel has a front seat view to the Empire State Building. The room was very clean and house keeping comes in daily to tidy up and restock inventory. The room is really small though with minimal circulation space."

"4K dollars for 6 nights, and room was SO SMALL and towels were DIRTY. Room had no coffee, tea and the whole place is old and small. NO BREAKFAST included in this expensive price. The bed in the room was super small, and only one window. The bathroom was small and old, shower barely worked. Good location though, but would not come back."

"Absolutely would (and will) come back! My boyfriend and I found this hotel clean (clean bed sheets and towels every day), REALLY nice location, since many attractions are a few min away from the hotel, and just overall a nice place to stay. Rooms are a little bit small but we stayed comfortable for two whole weeks so it hasn’t really been a problem for us. The guys from the staff are just amazing, polite, give you many advices and informations, and are really just lovely people to talk to. Will for sure come back. Five out of five!!!"
