"My son stayed home from school yesterday with a 102 fever. So today, still not feeling well, we went into the office. He tested positive for the flu. I asked for a doctor note for yesterday and they refuse, saying due to HIPPA violations. I worked in the medical field 15 years, never heard of such thing. Ex note : patient was unable to go to school yesterday and today, please excuse. Asked to speak to doctor and was no. I love coming to Dr. Paul, he is awesome. But I am disappointed that a simple note can’t be made by the office. This review is not against the doctor, just frustrated about the note and the Office not letting me speak to the doctor"

"All I have been trying to do for months is get my son a Dr appointment. We just moved here. I need to sign a release form for him to be seen. The front desk has never sent it. I make an online appointment thinking something could get done. Some lady calls me saying I can't take him to be seen without the release form. I explained how it was Never sent. Welp she send a scanned piece of paper to me on her personal email without any affiliation of the Dr office in it or anything looking incredibly sketchy This is absolutely ridiculous. So much for accepting new patients your staff makes it impossible to me seen."

"Shame Shame Shame on the management and office staff! I raise a valid claim regarding a letter they wrote to my child's school which violated our HIPAA rights and in turn they send me a letter discharging my children from their practice. I have never seen a practice so disorganized, and unprofessional. I would not recommend this practice. To make matter worse, the front desk was rude raising their voice at me in front of my children over a "ten-minute" late policy, that which I was never informed. While I was speaking with one female at the front desk the other female got out of her seat shouting at me interfering in my conversation."

"My two boys have been going to Dr Paul since the oldest has been 3 and the youngest 1... they’re now 17 and 15. They would NEVER go anywhere else! Not only is Dr Paul an excellent Dr in his experience and knowledge but his bedside manor is incredible! Never once has he not taken the time to sit and answer every question we’ve had. He’s called personally to check up and see how boys were doing in more severe situations. His staff is awesome, physician assistant Janet wonderful!, nurse Debbie, and the male nurse excellent .. the front of the office fantastic. In all he has given us full confidence in his care for my sons.. We just love him!"

"Dr. Paul and staff are absolutely amazing! I would follow him anywhere. His bed side manner is like no other and the time he takes with my daughter to actually listen and talk with her is amazing! He has been there for us since her birth (he was in the delivery room) and continues to be there whenever we need him. Highly recommend!"
