"My visit was exceptional. Wait times were well within exceptable time frames (scene us less than 15 mins.). The staff from reception to nurses to the doctors were courteous, professional, and informative. Great experience!"

"The wait time was pretty long and I arrived early. There was also only one doctor working. The doctor did not prescribe anything even though I had multiple respiratory symptoms and a low grade fever. I was just told to take over the counter medication and that someone would call me if my Covid/Flu/RSV tests came back positive. The doctor said she was almost certain that I had one of viruses being tested (all were normal). I finally decided to go see a different doctor two days later because I was getting much worse. The staff at the new doctor's office seemed surprised that I was not given anything to help me. I had completely different issues going on that just got progressively worse."

"Was seen by Dr. Denise Beard and WOW!! Never have I EVER met a doctor so dismissive, rude, unprofessional, and nasty. She cut me off, interrupted me and made me feel as if I was bothering her when I was trying to get a simple diagnosis. Blamed me for taking over the counter medicine to try and bear with the pain and told me I "ruined her examination." Paid $100 to be talked down to and left feeling helpless. As a doctor, you should have a LITTLE compassion at least. Do better."

"In and out in a matter of minutes one of my best experiences at an urgent care I’ve ever had Dr. Jean Holden saw me. She was extremely professional, as were the girls at the front desk and the scribe that took all my information in the room I was in and out of there with what I came for my needs were attended too quickly and left, knowing that prescriptions would be ready as soon as I drove home 10 minutes later."

"Everyone for the most part was very helpful and pleasant, especially the radiologist tech!! I was very happy with everything until the end of the visit when I was given crutches (I’ve never used them before), and the manager Jane was getting frustrated with me for not understanding her directions and raised her voice at me while we left, and when we got out to the lobby and I asked for a work note from being put out of work for 2 days, she continued to raise her voice more and more in front of the other patients in the hallways and rooms, embarrassing me and my partner. As a healthcare worker myself, this completely put a bad taste in my mouth, and I thought was completely unacceptable from management, considering the rest of the staff was amazing. I will not be returning back here."
