"The people in the office are very friendly, but every time I take my child there they bill me and not my insurance. I get these outrageous bills because the office sends the bills to me directly and not my insurance even AFTER I’ve given them my insurance ID multiple times. I’ve gotten about 10 bills from them with no insurance adjustments. I call them and tell them, but no change has happened."
"I love abc pedis after a scary situation with my old pediatrician that caused me so much anxiety I came to see Dr piela and she calm me down and eased my mind she answers any questions you have and she helped me to diagnose an issue my son was having better than specialist could! I've come in for sick visits too and seen Dr kraynock and he was so nice and gave my son the medicine he needed. Our experience has been wonderful and we highly recommend this office their staff is so nice and helpful too!"
