"I would have gave zero, if I could. There is someone name Laura at the front desk, she doesn’t know how to talk to patients. No empathy towards patients, Patient called in for a refill she says have to see doctor in order to get refill. Gives appoint for 10 days later patient doesn’t have enough pills for those 10 days she says it’s their problem, she is illiterate and doesn’t know psych meds work. this patient was on something You can not just take it away for 10 days and have patient take the same dose again. Dr. Bhasyam will get law suit if he already didn’t because of her. This patient is my family member and I was sitting with them when during this call."
"Went to this place in the start of COVID. Was diagnosed with depression and anxiety. The medicine worked great, however it caused me to develop polyuria. I told the Dr about this and how I woke up 3-5 times a night to urinate and if it’s cuz the medicine, he said it could be but did nothing to try and counter it. One of the other meds caused me to have muscle spasms at night. I also mentioned this to the Dr and if this was normal(I did my research and read that this medicine can cause this) but he told me it’s not normal and that I should take a Benadryl at night or see a neurologist. Took no effort to wind down or switch up my meds, but rather refer me to a neurologist that I never needed to see in the first place. I felt that the appointments were rushed and that the doctor didn't have much empathy at all. Phone appointments were even worse, lasting a whole 3 minutes with no compassion or dignity, I felt that I wasn’t being understood here. I soon ended up leaving this place for somewhere else, then at 7:30 PM I receive a call from the overly rude receptionist saying I owe $15 for an appointment that I cancelled a week prior. Luckily I found a much better place that actually understands my struggles, I recommend finding somewhere else."
"If you are looking for telehealth this is your spot! They will set you up appointments then call whenever throughout the day:) They follow up with this behavior with a beautiful condescending demeanor.If that doesn’t do it for you surely scheduled appointments when the office is closed will. My favorite part about life excel is when they pick up the phone and hang up or yell at you when trying to explain the dr called and you missed it because the scheduled time was ignored and you weren’t prepared. The receptionists on the other side of the phone need to realize they are in the mental health industry and they threw me off all the positive progress I was making by being horrible human beings."
"I used to go here in 2019 and the experience was okay. I decided to go back in the summer of 2021. When I submitted a request for an appointment they didn’t get back to me. I submitted another request a month or so later and they set up my appointment. I had my therapist appointment over the phone in October, 45 minutes before a funeral. I tried to call the office to schedule my second appointment and pay my bill, had to leave a message and no one got back to me. I had an appointment with the psychiatrist at the end of October, he we supposed to prescribe me medication but when I went to my pharmacy nothing was there. I call the office again to reschedule a therapist appointment, seeing it’s been OVER three weeks since my first, and to call about my medication. I had to leave a voicemail, they call me back to ask about my pharmacy and make a follow up with the psychiatrist. After checking my pharmacy AGAIN, my prescription wasn’t there and I still didn’t have my therapy appointment. The last contact I had was the end of November when I got an automated message about my psychiatrist appointment to follow up on my medication that I never received, so I cancelled it. I have given up on that office, they heavily disappointed me and have no structured management if it took me nearly two months to get in contact with them. It is extremely disheartening to make the step to reach out for help to only be ghosted by the office in your time of need."
"Starting going to this doctor at first he would complain about meds my children was on but never wanted to make changes that we was willing to do. Then he asked for blood work to be done. I did this through lapcorp like he suggested. For over a month no calls of mine was answered not emails. I show up and Laura was extremely rude. Saying I didn’t do the Lab work then changed it to some results didn’t come back. Told me to take them again for lapwork. I did two weeks later due to sickness in my home. Once those lap results came back we called to schedule an appointment and she tells us that we r no longer there clients because of non compliance due to not getting blood work in two months. When I tried to explain and show her the proof of lap results since lapcorp sends to my phone she refused to speak to me or look at them or allow me to speak to doctor. I did what they requested. Now I have less then a week of meds for my special needs son and husband and daughter. Do not go to this place. Very unprofessional. Highly upset they would do this when I have proof of results."
