"Very unprofessional staff. We were supposed to have an appointment today. Just came in the office and was told by receptionist that Dr. Stella is not there. She had an emergency and left. They said that someone called me and left a voice message. No missed phone calls or messages. It’s raining outside me and my baby are soaking wet. Pointless trip to unprofessional office. And they refused to make an appointment for next day or for Friday because they all booked. And they offered us to wait two more weeks for the next appointment. And I scheduled this appointment two weeks in advance. Just ridiculous."

"Dr.Stella Zavelyuk is very professional and caring. She listens to our concerns carefully and comes up with very accurate and professional diagnosis. The way how she communicates with my little one is amazing. She is definitely one of the greatest pediatricians!"

"Absolutely BEST! Dr. Stella, is the Best Pediatrician for the first-time moms. She is very patient and will answer all the questions no matter how many times you ask the same ones. I had to bring my mom with me to consult with the doctor. Do you know when an old school grandparents tell the new parents that they do everything wrong?! (Like you should give your one-month old Water before any milk) I stopped arguing and just told them to talk to Dr. Stella and she was (and is) amazing!!! I had to call her few times from another state. She always found time to call me back and answer all the questions. That spared us a trip to the ER and you know how stressful that can be. She is calm and cool as a person with a great skills dealing with sensitive babies (and parent lol). You just have to choose the office on West 15th, the staff is nice there. The office on Ocean ave. is not that great. The front desk ladies could be nasty and unprofessional at times."

"Avoid, avoid this doctor at all costs. We were seeing Dr. Stella for 4 years since my eldest daughter was born. Recently my kid had high fever for couple days and were in ER. Next day I called this office to see a doctor and it was instructed by the DR from ER. The receptionist told to come in a week. ''In a week", I thought it was a joke and insisted my daughter to be seen ASAP as she were having high fever. The answer was " Doctor can not see your daughter because it was overbooked, and she can only take certain amount of children a day. And if she takes you then she will not get paid". Wow.... are you a human being or what. This is a child that you are seeing for 4 years and she is badly sick and it may take 5-10 mins to see her and help. Avoid, avoid once again avoid!"

"Dr Stella is great and knowledgeble professional. She always takes time to answer any questions you may have. Another thing, I was running late to my appointment twice and she never rejected me or my daughter. Highly recommend!"
