"This office is horrible. The staff is incompetent in getting even the smallest of tasks done. The phones are more than likely on service, even during hours of operation. They definitely over book and waiting period is atrocious!"

"Trying to schedule appointments for shots. 3 months later even if you are a current patient. Schedule appointments is still an HR wait or sometimes longer. Only one overworked doctor since other doctor retired. Rude Receptionist! Filthy bathroom. Charges to release records which according to my insurance that's illegal...."

"I’ve been going here for over 15 years! The wait times are horrible why make appointments only to have to wait like 2 hours to be seen! When doctor Rivera was there it was less wait time however still a wait. Doctors are awesome but now that Dr Rivera retired there is only one doctor and they need to seriously hire another asap!"

"Dr Dos Santos is an angel sent from heaven! My son was born premature and the doctor was very sweet and caring from day one. She picked up the phone at all times of the day. She never made me or my husband feel neglected or like we were taking too much of her time. She has done numerous telemedicine appointments since my son has gotten sick from daycare. My son loves her and so do we. However, be prepared to wait ~ 2 hrs for your appointment since the office has been flooded with sick child visits. Bring snacks, toys and any extra clothing/diapers for your little one. Im not sure if its a mismanagement coming from her staff or that she never rushes her patient visit and is subsequently late to every other appointment. She will never turn you away even if shes super busy. No matter how long of a day shes had, I always get a call back from Dr Dos Santos even at all hours of the night. I love that my son has such an amazing doctor."

"My daughters have been going to this practice for over 7 years and i love it! Doctor Dos santos is the best doctor in the world, the most caring doctor i ever seen. She is so passionate about what she does for the patients. I thank her so much for her hard work. And the rest of the staff are wonderful, they really care about their patients. If you take your children to this office you can have peace of mind that they are going to be in great hands!!!"
