"I took the Covid test in one of their mobile testing tent in Manhattan. It’s been a month now and I haven’t received the result yet. THIS IS A SCAM."

"Booked a Covid test at Lodi location and they ran out of tests. Ok it could happen. Re booked the next day and they tested and said results would be back in 5 days. (A long wait compared to other labs) Claimed they would email me with results. I never got an email if negative or positive , they never responded to my email inquiries and they do not answer their phone. The same happened to my friend and her daughter who tested on two different days. They received no results. Going to contact my insurance company on this matter."

"Total Scam! Went with my boyfriend who had tested positive on a home test. He got his results in 48 hrs, positive, but I still have not received mine. I will notify the insurance company of the fraud if they try and collect for the test. I have called and emailed numerous times but no one has gotten back to me."

"I had appointments for my whole family yesterday at 3:30pm. We arrived at 3:15 and guess what. No one was there in the testing site. No texts, no emails. They just left the site. What an unprofessional practice. What’s the point we had to do the online registration? After reading the reviews, I noted it was better not taking the test with this Ridgewood lab rather than having their false results."

"My girlfriend and I did a Covid Test on Saturday Morning 18th december (10h18) at their New York Public Library location. The sign says "Results in 24h".Taking well care to mention that we are traveling back to Canada on monday and need that test to get in the country. A lil' worried I've sent a email on Sunday night to see if everythings ok. I'm writing these words on Tuesday 21th December and still no result and no email. I DO NOT RECOMMAND YOU TAKE THESE GUYS TEST OF YOU NEED YOUR RESULTS."
