"This place does not implement trauma-informed care models. The front desk staff is rude (they get frustrated very quickly). My provider was very arrogant and condescending (no sign of empathy). I had a medical emergency and contacted them via portal, phone, and email. They did not reply to me after over a week—expensive services. I would not recommend anyone to visit the Center of Revitalizing Psychiatry. It takes patience and expertise to care for mental health, but it seems that these individuals have not received proper training."
"DO NOT GO here. The staff is miserable and rude. There is a woman named Claudia who is very rude and miserable. Every interaction with her is awful. People dread speaking to her. She works at the front desk. The people who work here are money hungry and do not care about providing a service they simply want to book appointments and are in the pockets of your insurance company. I can guarantee they will reply to this and leave some reply saying “we apologize and we value are customers…blah blah blah”. If you really valued your customers you would have fired her a long time ago. There is a legitimate reason this place is rated 1.9 out of 5 stars. I have nothing to lose or gain by saying this but DO NOT GO HERE."
