"November 26, 2022, I woke up with knee pain. The pain was so bad I couldn't lift up my leg. I'm thinking because the nature of my job as a Plumber, I needed surgery. I tried everything with no success. I couldn't schedule a doctor's appointment till after the new year. I went to see a pain management specialist a few weeks later. I had my knee drained, and a shot. It helped for a few days. then the pain came back. I was given a script from pain management doctor, and he recommended that I should go to Jag-one and ask for Helen Li. I couldn't believe that going to Helen Li.. for therapy 2 days, a week would make such a difference. By the middle of January my knee pain was gone. I highly recommend Helen Li. to anyone that needs Physical Therapy."
