"Good physical therapy location. The staff is friendly when accommodating your scheduling needs, and polite should you need to call for information or a reschedule. They also don’t rush you when it comes to deciding times which is a definite positive. Should you need to call in the hold times were negligible, I believe in the three times I called I was on hold for a combined total of 15 seconds. The therapy staff is knowledgeable and they will develop a circuit to what helps you improve your injury. Todd worked with me and he was very polite making sure to keep tabs when he introduced a new motion. He was tweaked and changed the routine when an addition was necessary to keep strengthening my wrist. Also, when he was off the substitute therapist assigned to me took the same amount of care and concern as if I was her own patient. At the end of each session there was a cool down period where the area would be worked on and iced after the exercises."
