"I saw Dr Ericka. I do not reccomend. I was in the office for two hours before being seen by the doctor. I have two children and I have never waited so long to be seen by my other obgyn. I unfortunatly had to switch because i moved out of state. When I told Dr Ericka my concern about future wait times. She shrugged it off unprofessionally saying well the office overbooks me. Her demeanor wasn't friendly or kind. She was listening to music from her computer. She didn't get up from her desk once to greet me. I don't know I just didn't have a very good impression. She didn't seem very doctorly. The office was okay. The staff by the front desk were nice but unfortunately that's not enough. The wait time was way too long. And the hallway where they seat you in between going into rooms is super narrow with one chair. UPDATED REVIEW: (2months later) ADDED 2 STARS As there is room for improvement. It's just interesting how they do things here. I just found out that the doctor who will be delivering my baby is NOT Dr Ericka. That they have another doctor who I never met! Interesting. Mind you I'm 5 months pregnant. In regards to wait time- I schedule myself to be the first patient to see Dr Erika in the morning. Even with that the wait time to see doctor is now 1 hour and 20 minutes on average. So it's better. (Still not thrilled about waiting this long when my last obgyn I was in and out within 45 min most days tops 1 hour) nomatter which slot i took. I would be happy if the appointment was under an hour. Just because so far after every visit I had to take extra time to get blood drawn ( next door) which take about 30-40 min conservatively. So in total its just so much time when I have so much to juggle. This is only reason two stars were deducted. Staff are nothing but kind and friendly. If somehow the office can figure out a way to schedule visits closer to real time when doctor is available think this would be courteous to the patient. As I think this is where there is the largest wait time gap. DR erika might need more time in between patients which is fine. But there is no reason for the patient to wait so long and waste her time in the office."
