They are a husband and wife dream team that make you feel like you're in a small town practice in the middle of Brooklyn. Their office is cozy and accommodating with barely any wait time. They have amazing bedside manner taking all concerns, whether big or small, seriously with love and care, and they were always available for a phone call on their personal cells- even in the middle of the night! My husband and I are so happy to have had Jais and Dr. Brennan for this pregnancy and we highly recommend them for anyone looking for a doctor that will make them feel at home during their pregnancy and confident during labor and delivery!"

"Dr. Brennan and his wife Jais were an incredible, supportive duo during my first pregnancy and delivery! I love how they compliment each other...plus they truly, truly care about their patients. I am SO THANKFUL I found their practice. They both make themselves available at any time of day from day one, which is so, so rare and valuable. I was actually debating going the midwifery route, but when found Dr. Brennan's practice around the corner from our home, I discussed my more holistic preferences for pregnancy and birth with him and he was supportive, open and curious about how he could best accommodate my vision. I love how relaxed Dr. Brennan is, yet he is diligent during every visit to make sure baby and mom are progressing well and explains everything thoroughly. I had quite a few birth preferences, as my intention was to deliver without medication or interference --not common in a hospital like Lenox Hill. But I did it, WE did it. After laboring at home for a majority of labor (a preference of mine and Dr. Brennan's so long as all is going well), I got to the hospital 8 cm dilated, 80% effaced and head at zero...Dr. Brennan met me soon after and told me he would be observing me as I neared time to push. I loved his approach. I knew he was there, but he was allowing me to do my thing. He didn't rush me. He allowed and guided when necessary. I pushed for 30 min as Dr. Brennan was massaging and slowly stretching what needed to be stretched to prevent extensive tearing. I gave birth to a beautiful baby boy :). THANK YOU DR. "I have been a patient of Dr. Brennan's for the last 7 years, for 4 pregnancies. He is one of the best-kept secrets in Brooklyn! I travel a solid hour from Mill Basin to see him and it is worth it. You can expect attentive, caring and non-alarmist prenatal visits, but more importantly, a very high level of skill and calm at delivery that is so hard to find. In my own experience, Dr. Brennan expertly avoided my needing an emergency C-section and advocated for me when others in the delivery room thought it would be imminent. He does not make that decision lightly and always has the mother and baby's health as the top priority. Since he is a solo practitioner, you never have to worry about another OB showing up at your delivery (as many of my friends in other practices have learned the hard way!). New Years, Yom Kippur-- Dr. Brennan was reliable as ever. In addition, he has seen me in the wee hours of the night for emergencies instead of directing me to the hospital. This is virtually unheard of. As a healthcare practitioner myself, I clearly recognize an office that maintains high quality standards for their patients, even when it is not "a money-maker". This office does not run unnecessary testing, and any fees I incurred were extremely fair. I never feel rushed. Their ultrasound/sonogram equipment is state of the art, and Dr. Brennan has his finger on the pulse of the latest research and developments. His recommendations are based on actual science, not speculation. By the way, Dr. Brennan's wife Jais works as his assistant and works hard to ensure that you always feel welcome and comfortable in the office. She is super sweet and makes sure all of your questions are answered. Between Dr. Brennan and Jais, I wish all women were so fortunate to have this level of obstetric care.
