"Dr Irani and Dr Chait are great doctors but their staff is horrible. They are always messing up appointments and rude. The ultrasound tech is not Courteous of people’s time and runs late then shows up and talks on her phone in her car. No consideration to patients waiting over 30 minutes for her. I would not go here. I am done with this place."

"Dr. Irani is wonderful. The staff in the office are absolutely the worst. Immediately once you call you’ll be placed on hold and stay on hold for an unnecessarily long period of time. Almost every time I call I simply need a refill on my birth control and they make what should take about 5 mins or less and make it 10 minutes or longer. I never look forward to calling them. This happens at both the Hackensack location and the Rutherford one. If you’re gonna put me on hold, maybe greet me first and explain why you’re putting me on hold, it’ll slightly prevent people from hating you. (:"

"Saw Dr. Irani for 6 years because she was the closest doctor that would take my insurance and somehow proceeded to have a progressively worse experience each visit. Absolutely no bedside manner. None. Just very abrupt and rude each time. Plus, she would continually try to charge me for tests I specifically DID NOT ASK FOR and that were not covered by my insurance. Don't give this woman your time or your money."

"Very disappointed w Dr. Irani, I saw her today for a follow-up for not even 5 mins. The appnmt was going well until she asked if I see Dr. Chow....I told her that I NO longer see this dr.... She asked why & I said due to lack of info/knowledge :(... She immediately closed my file & said "ok so get procedure done w new dr. not w me since u wont see Dr. I recommend", very rudely.. I must say. I was surprised since she was already booking my procedure.... Why did she get so mad that I wont see the Dr. She recommended, does she get extra bonus for me/us going to them....? Not sure but it was so weird to see her rude, disrespectful reaction to that comment.... She then went on to saying that I should not schedule this late for follow ups, yelling to my face. I couldnt understand why she was upset after my comment....I reminded her that her office called me for appnmt.... She left office abruptly & didnt answer my questions & started yelling at her staff. I felt so bad for them and I was shocked to see a Doctor behave so rudely, demanding explanations to everyone, yelling her lungs out to the whole office. Thankfully the girls ( receps) & Beverly (Off. Man), were so lovely/kind & apologised for her behavior. Needless to say I will not be going back to her.... She seemed super stressed and only spends time w you for 5 mins and done, but not fair to us patients... . Be careful guys w her... Be careful when she recommends the other doctors.... Not sure why she wants to impose on you accepting the drs she recommds..... Be careful!"

"At 18 weeks I was seeing her and for some reason I stood in front of the checkout desk for 10 minutes to get my 20 week appointment while two receptionist looked at me as if I were not supposed to be getting another appointment. At 15 minutes I finally asked what was going on and they said nothing. I just left. Had to get a new doctor to do my 20 week ultrasound. They overbook so many people that they forget about you unfortunately. When I called in later to ask about something they seemed mad I found a new doctor even after I told them what happened."
