Dr. O’Brien delivered our son and I have to say she made the whole delivery seem easy and I’m sure I would’ve felt the same way had Dr. Russo delivered. My husband and I joke that we wish they were pediatricians too! Thank you to the whole practice!"

"This place is horrible. I agree with all the bad reviews. The receptionists are very rude, always made me feel uncomfortable whenever I went there and gave me dirty looks. But worse than that, absolutely impossible to get an appointment with your own doctor, unless you want to wait months. Ridiculous. Oh but it gets worse. Dr. O'Brien was nice and all when I first started going to the practice, back when I could actually get an appointment with her. Soon after, she performed surgery on me. Ever since, I have been having constant issues. It's been years and I'm still having issues. Every time I tried to get an appt with her, she was never available and I would get stuck with one of the Nurse Practitioners who were nice but clueless. Kept telling me it's normal after surgery. No it is not. Then I was finally able to get an appt with Dr. O'Brien, she comes in and says "You look familiar". I was like "yeah, you did my surgery". She looked mortified and quickly changed the subject. Wow, just wow. After that, I could never get an appt with her again. No one was helping me at all. At one point, the NP told me I needed to see another specialist and get a test done, which is very difficult and I would have to be under general anesthesia. Not to mention expensive. So I went and had it done. Fast forward, I tell her about it and that nothing was found, and she starts saying she never told me to do that test in the first place. I was speechless. Just absolutely shocking. Oh and during my last appt there, one of their new nurses or lab techs wrote my last name wrong on a cup, in a way that instead of it, she wrote a horrible curse word for women. I didn't even know what to do at that point. There are just no words. I left that horrible place and haven't been back since. Seriously just stay away."

"I have no issues with the medical care but I’ve really found it unusually difficult to reach the practice via phone and portal when needed. And disorganised: the report for my October visit was posted on the portal only in February and did not accurately reflect the discussion I had with my dr. (To date my message sent via portal asking them to correct the errors has not been responded to.) I contacted the practice via the portal requesting a prescription and the email was unanswered for 2 weeks (and counting). At various times it’s been difficult to reach the office by phone- once I called daily for 10 days during business hours and never got through. To anyone. So…the staff are great and helpful when you reach someone but it’s really shouldn’t be so difficult to contact one’s doctor."
