"I will not recommend this doctor. The staff is rude they don’t know wat they are doing they told me they don’t do pregnancy test only if ask but everytime I go to the doctor they take your urine and give you a pregnancy test if you ask or not they said every doctor different but your a entire obgyn you suppose to do that"

I remember how when I was annotating the directions he was giving me how he said you need to pay attention to what I am saying, meanwhile if he had bothered to he would of realized that someone taking their eyes off of you for a moment does not mean they are not listening to you!!! His staff lied about sending in a prescription repeatedly and informed me that they would no longer be taking my insurance as well, not in that exact order but you get the point!!!!"

"He is a good doctor but his staff is the.....worst. The manager is rude. They seem confused on what to do and basically hold you hostage while they figure it out. They forget why they tell you to wait and when you ask questions they act like its...your fault. He needs to revamp his staff cause seriously makes it no sense."

"This doctor is awesome, the rating is for his office staff. They are unprofessional, hang up calls, and hold your change until after the visit. They make you wait for your change and will not remind you that you need to get it. Worst system ever. When I made a complaint with Doctor Nunez he directed me to office manager which told me to wait for my change. I waited 7 minutes for my change and afterwards she addressed that doctor had to sign off before getting change. Yes! That is the BS I was fed. This office requires cash payments."
