"They don't follow the same protocols as all other CVS locations. They will not call you to notify you that your prescription is backordered, they will not communicate with your doctor when they need further authorization. The drive thru has been closed for a month for various reasons. They will not be able to find your appointment for the minute clinic and will not call you with your results."

"This particular Cvs goes above and beyond any other Cvs I’ve been in . The store is always well stocked , clean, and very organized. I was in there today and their sales associate Carmen who was was very friendly stopped what she was doing , without any hesitation, helped me find the particular vitamins that I was looking for, and was very knowledgeable about the different kinds, and the different brands of vitamins that they had to offer. This is the kind of employee every Cvs needs."

"This is my favorite CVS store. I can walk there so it’s convenient, and always clean inside. The staff are GREAT, friendly and always helpful. The manager clearly trains the staff well. I will not go to the other Peekskill CVS because the staff are not very nice. Prices are good, and always good sales."
