"Nice sized store, not a full range of products but most stores are overloaded with non-necessities, nice prices, a pleasant shopping experience. Update: Don't get down that way as often as I might prefer. No masks and same good stuff as before. Update: With inflation growing it makes sense to organize my shopping trips to include Sav A Lot on the agenda Update: Still the same, still an excellent deal Update, Update: still appreciating the store"
"Prices are going up but still a little bit lower than other places"
"I love the store! They always have just that one thing that I need, and so many more I had no idea I needed to bring home. The people working there are always pleasant efficient and helpful."
"I get my meats and ice cream here. The staff is always nice."
"I’ve been going to this store for over 4 years as I pass it on the way home from work. The prices were great and the employees were welcoming and pleasant. Something has changed here in the last year. The employees, specifically the cashiers, are not friendly now and don’t care about the customers. Even though I always bring bags, they now leave items unpacked and, the other day, even though I placed 2 bags on the conveyor belt, the cashier put one bag inside of the other and just overfilled the one bag. At the end, I asked where my other bag was and she didn’t respond. I don’t know if she spoke English or not, but no response is not acceptable. She only cared about getting to the next customer. This rudeness has happened every week over the last 5 weeks now and, this, combined with supply issues (could not get egg noodles, taco shells or taco seasoning) no one caring to help you, things put in weird places not consistent with the aisle labels, and prices not as competitive—I am considering abandoning the convenience of this store and going to Acme or Shoprite. One of the things I loved about this place (besides the prices which used to be great) was the pleasant cashiers. All are gone. Not a good move!"
